Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities with brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
Build & maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
Pitch and sell OOH solutions (hoardings, digital screens, media options) tailored to client needs.
Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting ? pitching ? negotiation ? closing ? post-sales service.
Collaborate with operations, creative, and finance teams to execute campaigns successfully.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client insights.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).6-10 years of experience in OOH Advertising, Media Sales, or B2B Sales.
Strong network of media agencies and brand contacts.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Strategic, result-oriented, and self-driven.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
