Identify and acquire new business opportunities with advertisers, media agencies, and brands.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
Pitch and sell outdoor media solutions (hoardings, media, digital screens, etc.) based on client needs.
Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sale servicing.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, creative, finance) to deliver successful campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
6-10 years of sales experience, preferably in Outdoor / OOH Advertising, Media, or B2B sales.
Strong network of media agencies and direct brand contacts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
