Job Overview:



We are looking for a

Senior Sales Manager

who thrives on achieving

aggressive revenue and sales targets

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sales management, client acquisition, and driving large-scale business growth within digital marketing or technology domains.

You will lead the sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and ensure that all KPIs and targets are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve

strict monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B and enterprise clients across sectors. Lead end-to-end client acquisition -- from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals. Build and manage a high-performing sales team with clear target ownership. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align lead generation with sales goals. Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure upselling and long-term partnerships. Track sales metrics (conversion rate, pipeline velocity, revenue growth) and present detailed performance reports. Utilize CRM and automation tools to streamline sales processes and track progress. Continuously refine sales strategies using performance analytics and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

10 years of experience

in

sales, business development, or client acquisition

, preferably in

digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B solutions

. Proven ability to

consistently meet or exceed strict sales and revenue targets.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent understanding of

sales funnels, lead generation, and CRM systems

. Data-driven decision-making ability with strong analytical skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Ability to work under pressure and maintain high motivation in a target-oriented environment.

Performance & Target Expectations:



Quarterly revenue goals

directly linked to company-wide sales objectives.

KPIs include:

Minimum monthly closure targets (defined per vertical). Consistent achievement of ? 90% of quarterly targets. Contribution to company revenue growth goals.

Incentive-based structure

with substantial bonuses for overachievement. Failure to meet targets for two consecutive quarters will trigger a detailed performance review.
