Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Objective:
To lead the sales function by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the facility management services including housekeeping, security, technical services, landscaping, and other soft & hard services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify anddevelop new business opportunities across corporate, residential, industrial, and institutional clients.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions.+
Sales Planning & Strategy:
Prepare and execute annual sales plans and targets.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals based on market trends and competition.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective coordination with operations and support teams.
Handle client feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
Conduct regular review meetings to track performance and plan improvements.
Coordination with Operations & Finance:
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service commitments are met.
Work with finance for contract finalization, invoicing, and collections.
Market Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify business trends.
Recommend improvements in service offerings to enhance competitiveness.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of facility management services (soft & hard).
Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle large clients and complex contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering.
MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6-10 years in sales/business development in Facility Management or related service industry.
Performance Indicators:
Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets.
Number of new client acquisitions.
Retention and satisfaction of key accounts.
Revenue growth and profitability of the sales portfolio.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
