Position Summary: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in the showroom. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Service
Engage with walk-in customers and provide personalized assistance in jewellery selection.
Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Offer product demonstrations, explain designs, certifications, hallmarking, and pricing.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable buying experience.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
Maintain customer database and follow up for birthdays, anniversaries, and festive occasions.
Assist in developing client loyalty programs and increasing repeat sales.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Stay updated on new designs, collections, and jewellery trends.
Educate customers about product quality, gemstones, certifications, and care instructions.
Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, tagged, and handled securely.
4. Team Support & Mentorship
Guide and train junior sales executives in customer handling and product knowledge.
Assist the store manager in daily operations, stock movement, and visual merchandising.
Support in handling escalated customer queries or special requests.
5. Operational Responsibilities
Handle billing, cash/credit transactions, and necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, security policies, and audit standards.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, gemstones, hallmarking, certifications).
Customer service orientation with ability to handle high-net-worth clients.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce/Business/Fashion/Jewellery Design preferred).
10-12 years of jewellery retail sales experience (gold & diamond segment preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in handling premium/luxury clientele is an advantage.
