Lead, train, and mentor
a team of sales executives to achieve consistent sales performance.
Assist team members in
closing high-potential leads
and managing client interactions effectively.
Build and maintain strong
client and institutional relationships
for long-term partnerships.
Analyze and report sales performance while coordinating closely with the
Business Development team
for strategy alignment.
Requirements:
4-7 years of proven experience in
Finance, EdTech or B2C Sales
.
Demonstrated
team management/leadership skills
.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Experience in
institutional sales and client handling
preferred.
Knowledge of
CRM tools
will be an added advantage.
