Key Responsibilities:
Lead Inside Sales Team:
Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to drive sales performance and achieve company targets.
Develop Sales Strategies:
Create and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
CRM Proficiency:
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage and track sales activities, monitor performance, and ensure seamless workflow.
Objection Handling:
Guide the team in overcoming customer objections, closing deals effectively, and maintaining a high conversion rate.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Training & Coaching:
Provide ongoing training and development for the inside sales team to improve sales techniques and performance.
Reporting & Analysis:

Required Qualifications:
