Key Responsibilities:



Lead Inside Sales Team:

Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to drive sales performance and achieve company targets.

Develop Sales Strategies:

Create and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

CRM Proficiency:

Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage and track sales activities, monitor performance, and ensure seamless workflow.

Objection Handling:

Guide the team in overcoming customer objections, closing deals effectively, and maintaining a high conversion rate.

Customer Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Training & Coaching:

Provide ongoing training and development for the inside sales team to improve sales techniques and performance.

Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and results.

Required Qualifications:



Proven experience (X+ years) as a Sales Manager or in an Inside Sales role. Strong knowledge and experience with

CRM software

(Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools. Expertise in

inside sales calling structure, objection handling

customer acquisition

strategies. Excellent
