A fast-growing ODM in EV, IoT, Defense, and Industrial Power Supply is expanding its R&D and commercial team. The company partners with major brands such as Urban Company, PayU, Maruti, Bosch, and Ola Electric to power India's hardware innovation ecosystem.

Role Overview:


We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and accelerate revenue growth in high-impact domains.

Experience:

8+ years

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and acquire new business clients in the electronics and hardware sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track market trends.

Who You Are:



Proven track record of hunting and closing enterprise deals. Deep understanding of the electronics, manufacturing, or hardware ecosystem. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
