. In this role, you'll drive enterprise-level SaaS deals, targeting HR departments and organizational leaders to solve workforce management challenges with modern technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Identify and engage HR leaders, CHROs, and PeopleOps teams at enterprise organizations.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
3-6 years in B2B SaaS sales, with
1+ years in HR tech / HRMS sales
.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to sell to enterprise clients with long sales cycles.
