We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Category Manager
to lead and grow a key business vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership capabilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences through seamless operations and cross-functional collaboration.

by coordinating effectively with internal operational and service teams.
? Collaborate with
cross-functional stakeholders
- including Tech, Product, Marketing, HR, and Finance - to execute and optimize daily operations.
? Monitor and enhance
category performance city-wise and category-wise
, identifying growth opportunities and operational gaps.
? Develop and track
key operational metrics
to measure and improve process efficiency and team performance.
? Implement
operational excellence practices
to consistently meet monthly business goals.
? Leverage data and analytics for
strategic decision-making
and continuous improvement initiatives.
? Bring an
innovative and result-oriented approach
to solve complex business problems and enhance the customer experience.
? Identify and build
unstructured demand channels
, ensuring a balanced and scalable supply-demand model.
? Lead key
negotiations and deal closures
with partners or vendors as required.
? Demonstrate strong
business acumen

Key Requirements
? Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
? 8+ years of experience in category management, business operations, or general management roles.
? Proven track record of owning and growing a business line or category.
? Strong experience with P&L management, revenue forecasting, and operational excellence.
? Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
? Highly data-driven with a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and business levers.
? Prior experience in
healthcare, e-commerce, or consumer services
is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
