Job Title: Senior Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly driven, persuasive, and experienced

Senior Sales Manager

to join our team at

Nirvaana Hills

, a 200- acre sustainable farmland community set amidst serene hills and forests.
The ideal candidate will lead sales operations, manage high-quality client interactions, and drive conversions while effectively communicating the unique lifestyle and long-term value Nirvaana offers.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead end-to-end sales operations including prospecting, pitching, client meetings, site visits, and closures. Build and manage strong relationships with potential buyers, channel partners, HNIs, and corporate clients. Oversee lead management, timely follow-ups, and pipeline movement through CRM tools. Conduct detailed presentations to clients highlighting project features, investment benefits, and lifestyle offerings. Coordinate and conduct site visits at Nirvaana Hills, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, local events, branding activities, and promotional initiatives. Guide and mentor junior sales team members to meet their targets and maintain high performance. Analyze sales data, prepare weekly/monthly MIS, track performance, and support management in planning and forecasting. Explore new market opportunities, develop corporate tie-ups, and strengthen channel partner networks. Represent the project in property exhibitions, events, and industry networks.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience

in real estate sales, preferably in residential plots, farmlands, luxury projects, or premium communities. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and structured follow-up processes. Ability to understand and explain project details, investment value, location advantages, and ROI insights. Must be comfortable traveling for client meetings, channel partner events, and site visits (project is 2 hrs. from Gurgaon). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Traits:



Real estate background is a must

, especially in residential plots, farmhouses, or land/acreage sales.

Experience in selling farmlands or large land parcels

with a proven record of closing high-ticket deals. Strong ability to

close deals independently

, handle objections, and guide clients confidently through the buying journey. Experience managing

HNI clients, investors, and channel partners

. Good understanding of

land documentation, site evaluation, and basic legal/approval processes

(preferred). Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
