- Generate leads and close deals in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
- Present and promote solar products with a strong understanding of market needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field, solar industry experience preferred.
- Proven sales and marketing experience with a track record of meeting targets. - Candidates should be willing to travel for business purposes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting and presentation skills.
- Candidates should have a good grasp of existing state solar policy. - Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Candidates should have capability to assess solar site and prepare preliminary BOM for project cost estimation, preparing offer to clients and close projects.
- Candidate should be capable to understand tender documents, its scope of work, tenders terms and conditions
- Solar industry/FMCG Sector experience preferred.
