Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with extensive experience in digital advertising sales, particularly in guest posts, native ads, and sponsored content. You should have an existing client network, warm leads, and a proven record of achieving sales targets in the digital media space.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end digital ad sales process, from prospecting to deal closure Leverage your existing leads and professional network to generate new business Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media partners Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and develop revenue strategies Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Advertising or Digital Media Sales Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Native Advertising, or SEO-related campaigns Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills With 3+ years experience leading a sales team Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Must be willing to work on-site at the Sampaloc, Manila office (Monday to Friday)
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 50,000/month Commission: Competitive performance-based incentives Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
