Wellnesss Wave is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to lead sales initiatives, manage client relations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. This is a client-facing role that requires frequent travel across India along with the core leadership team for events, seminars, meetings, and brand engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients and partners.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support and service.
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings (Pan-India travel required).
Prepare sales reports and dashboards to track conversions and performance.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, inventory) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Identify new business opportunities and convert potential leads to confirmed sales.
Train and guide junior sales staff when required.

Based in or willing to relocate to
Chandigarh
.
Minimum
2-4 years of relevant experience
in sales, business development, or customer support/service--experience in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.
Open to frequent travel across India.
