Senior Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth through exceptional lead conversion and client relationship management. This is a results-driven, performance-based role ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a flexible work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Convert qualified leads into confirmed hotel room bookings through strategic engagement and persuasive communication
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to booking confirmation and post-stay follow-up
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and direct guests
Maintain and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and high-value guests
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat bookings
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and customized booking requirements with professionalism
Conduct virtual property tours and presentations to prospective clients
Sales Operations:
Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversions, and client interactions in CRM systems
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing strategies
Attend weekly office meetings for strategy alignment and team coordination
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication platforms
Self-disciplined and highly motivated with excellent time management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
Existing network within the hospitality, tourism, or corporate travel sectors
Experience with online booking platforms and hospitality management systems
Knowledge of the Nainital/Uttarakhand tourism market
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Location:
Work from Home (Remote) with weekly office visits to New Delhi Office.
Schedule:
Flexible working hours with availability during peak booking inquiry times
Office Presence:
Mandatory one day per week at the New Delhi office for meetings and coordination
