Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and event clients
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with hotel pricing strategies
Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to optimize performance
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics
Lead and support the sales team to meet individual and team goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Represent the hotel at networking events, and industry functions
Handle VIP accounts and key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support event and group planning by coordinating with the banquet and operations teams
Contribute to budgeting, pricing decisions, and long-term business planning
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent service quality across all sales efforts.
