Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (On-field & Off-field Role)



Compensation: ₹8 - 10 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives



Engagement: 3 Months Retainership / Project Basis (Not Permanent CTC)

Our platform simplifies procurement with technology, real-time pricing, and trusted partnerships.



Role Overview



We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with deep construction procurement knowledge to drive revenue, onboard suppliers and buyers, build and manage a sales team, and set up scalable sales systems. This role involves a mix of on-field activities (client meetings, site visits, supplier visits) and off-field work (strategy, reporting, pipeline management, KPIs). Frequent travel will be required.



Key Responsibilities



Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Onboard and manage both suppliers & buyers on the platform.

Build, mentor, and lead a current sales team and expand to an expected team size of 10+.

Set up sales systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Define and monitor measurable KPIs and success metrics for self and the team.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings.

Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and retention.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.


Requirements



7-10+ years of B2B sales experience in construction / building materials / infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, supplier networks, and construction material sales.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue.

Experience in team management, building teams, and mentoring sales professionals.

Familiarity with CRM tools or ability to quickly adapt to technology.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with both on-field and off-field responsibilities.

Willingness to travel frequently for supplier/buyer meetings and site visits.
