Job Title:

Senior Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals

Location:

Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

Experience Required:

8-12 years in Construction Chemicals sales

Industry:

Steel / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Raipur regions. Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network for Construction Chemicals. Identify and onboard new dealers, fabricators, and institutional clients. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, contractors, builders, and project consultants. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments. Drive sales growth through effective territory planning and promotional activities. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding accounts. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Train and mentor sales executives or representatives in the region.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of TMT bars, steel products, and the construction chemicals and Materials market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical preferred). MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage. 8-12 years of relevant experience in sales of TMT bars/Construction Chemical/ Material or related products.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Travel allowances and other benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
