Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new corporate clients in IT Parks, offices, and co-working sectors.
Build strong relationships with architects, PMC consultants, and decision-makers.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitch negotiations closure.
Track competition and market trends to position Uniworks strongly.
Work closely with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:6-10 years of experience in B2B sales in interiors, furniture, or building materials.
Strong network with corporates, architects, and consultants.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-driven with a track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
