Working Days & Time: Monday - Saturday, 9:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with clients across assigned regions.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections to expand business opportunities.
Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and present reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business forums.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in English and local languages (as per regional requirement).
Willingness to travel within assigned regions for client meetings and site visits.
Ability to work independently, manage targets, and handle pressure effectively.
