Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a senior sales manager and team leader. The senior sales manager will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales process, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing guidance throughout the home buying process. - Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce is a plus.
