Job Description

  • Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Bengaluru, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Converting prospects into buyers.
  • Drive scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.
  • Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary sales in the residential segment
  • Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Integrity.
  • Experience selling high-End premium projects, and handling HNI clientele.
  • Increase the overall productivity of the Project.
SKILLS
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong working knowledge in using Excel
  • Complete CRM documentation to be handled i.e. Booking, Agreements, Sale deed, Registration, Khatha transfer, legal queries, handing over etc
  • Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of multiple language beneficial (Spoken) (English, Hindi, Kannada)
