to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru (HSR Layout, Sector 2).
Experience: 8 - 12 Years (Minimum 4+ Years in Leadership Role)
Salary: 7LPA - 17 LPA
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Location: Bengaluru Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end sales strategy and business development.
Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closing.
Build and nurture strong client relationships and partnerships.
Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and leverage Zoho CRM for insights. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
