We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager for a B2B SaaS product company. This is a pure new business acquisition role requiring full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end B2B SaaS sales including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Own the complete sales cycle independently
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate CRM updates and forecasting
Engage with mid to senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Prepare sales decks and tailor pitches based on client business needs
Work closely with internal teams to close complex sales opportunities
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience
Strong experience selling SaaS products or platforms
Proven expertise in hunting and new business acquisition
Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Experience in pipeline management, CRM usage, and sales forecasting
Background in B2B SaaS product companies only
Preferred Skills
Consultative selling approach with strong listening skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred
