Head of D2C Growth & Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy aligned with Seaberry Foods' long-term business vision.
Build a robust D2C roadmap to capture new customer segments and markets, ensuring measurable growth in revenue and profitability.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, technology, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Acquisition & Retention Design and implement
multi-channel digital campaigns
to attract, convert, and retain customers.
Develop loyalty and rewards programs to enhance customer lifetime value.
Use data-driven insights, market research, and customer feedback to adapt offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing Agility Quickly adjust marketing and communication strategies based on real-time data and consumer behavior.
Drive innovation through influencer partnerships, community engagement, and performance marketing.
Run
A/B testing, analytics reviews, and ROI optimization
to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Operational Excellence Ensure smooth integration of supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment to deliver consistent customer experiences.
Oversee adoption of technology tools such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Establish
SOPs
and performance standards across customer touchpoints.
Leadership & Team Building Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing D2C team.
Create a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Mentor young professionals and nurture the next generation of D2C talent.
Candidate Profile
Experience
: 8-12 years in e-commerce, consumer brands, or D2C leadership roles.
Proven Track Record
: Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition and retention programs.
Skills
: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
Marketing Expertise
: Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and analytics.
Mindset
