We offer a range of products from Safety equipment, Hardware Tools, Wood/Ply, Electricals, and Chemicals to Scaffolding. It is a venture-funded startup and the most sought-after company in this domain.

We're looking for a

Senior Sales Manager

who knows how to build relationships, navigate the construction industry, and drive sales with confidence. You'll be on the ground, meeting contractors and builders, understanding their needs, and making sure Cital becomes their go-to supplier for construction materials. This isn't a desk job--it's about being proactive, taking ownership, and growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Be in the field

- Visit construction sites, connect with contractors and builders, and introduce them to Cital's offerings.

Build and maintain relationships

- Earn customers' trust by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions.

Close deals

- Negotiate pricing and contracts that work for both sides.

Drive repeat business

- Turn one-time buyers into long-term customers.

Ensure smooth payments

- Follow up on collections, set the right credit limits, and avoid delays before they become an issue.

Identify new opportunities

- Keep an eye on market trends and find ways to expand our reach.

Hit and exceed targets

- Drive revenue and growth through smart, strategic selling.
Qualifications:

3+ years of field sales experience

in the construction materials industry.

A deep understanding of the market

- You know how builders and contractors make decisions.

Negotiation skills

- You can close deals while maintaining strong relationships.

Self-motivation

- You take ownership, work independently, and get things done.

Market connections

- Strong knowledge of the local construction sector.

Bonus:

A degree in Civil Engineering or an MBA in Marketing (but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
