About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative selling, managing CXO-level discussions, and driving end-to-end sales processes. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall sales strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Independently identify, approach, and engage potential clients for digital marketing services.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate opportunities.
Lead client meetings, product/service demos, and presentations with a consultative approach.
Create and deliver customized presentations (PPTs) and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Drive negotiations, address objections, and confidently close deals.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance sales performance.
Achieve assigned sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships.
Requirements
3-6 years of proven sales experience in B2B or service-based industries.
Strong background in consultative selling and handling CXO-level conversations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.) preferred.
Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results.
