Job Role: Senior Manager - Sales (Real Estate)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional from the Real Estate sector to lead and grow our channel sales operations. The role involves driving revenue through strategic partnerships, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with brokers and agencies.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6-7 sales executives.
Conduct partner meetings, site visits, and performance reviews.
Provide training and support to channel partners.
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams for sales initiatives.
Prepare and present sales performance reports.
Manage contracts and evaluate partner performance.
Candidate Qualifications:
8-12 years of real estate sales experience.
Prior experience with developers, consultancies, franchises, or portals preferred.
Age: 35-40 years.
