About the job Establish strong relationships with Advertising agencies at all levels. Working on Agency Deal, Preferred Partnership deals, joint business plans to arrive at a deliverable & revenue targets. Ability to establish relationship with Senior and Mid Leadership teams across advertising agencies to build InMobi and Glance Relationships. Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigours & feedback loops for product. Must have: Experience working in Digital media sales and understanding of Programmatic (Open Exchange) and Mobile ad-tech ecosystems. Exposure to middle funnel & end funnel performance products is a plus. Track record of thriving in business development & revenue roles with targets - Ideal candidate should have handled atleast $10-15 Mn ad revenue portfolios in the last 2-3 years Ability to work on a large charter while prioritising high impact / ROI programs. Ability to partner with product, analytics & data sciences on charting out the product evolution roadmap & revenue strategy Ability to partner with ad operations units for process efficiency and advertiser experience People Management: Demonstrated ability to enable, coach to success a team of early & mid career sales team members Strong negotiation skills MBA preferred, highly relevant experience to OEM/CE/Tech/Telco & Auto digital sales will be given a preference 8-12 years of overall experience in digital media sales and Mobile Ad-tech. Minimum 5 years of experience in Programmatic / Open Exchange business development. Excellent communication and presentation skills required to build strategy narratives, driving new initiatives and drive growth acrtoss top agencies. Existing agency relationships axross Top and Mid LEvel management is a must. Indepth understanding of the India Ad-Agency and Programmatic Business Landscape. Demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of leading and delivering results through cross-functional teams, in a highly matrixed environment. Highly motivated with a passion for success, driving and closing revenue related discussions independently with Top ad Agencies. IC role with massive growth options within Agency Relationships or India Sales Org. Position based out of our Gurgaon office reporting to Director and Head Agency, Programmatic and New Business. Strong negotiation skills Go getter attitude with laser focus on upgrading existing relationships and India Revenue.
