, you will be the face of Quazar for our most important prospects. You will identify high-potential clients, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and close high-value deals. You'll also mentor junior sales team members and collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to drive our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the complete B2B sales cycle -- from lead qualification to deal closure.
Identify and prospect mid-to-large construction material manufacturing businesses.
Build strong relationships with factory owners, plant heads, and decision-makers.
Conduct product demos tailored to client needs, showcasing Quazar's value proposition.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with an understanding of solution selling.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.
Represent Quazar at trade expos, industry events, and client roadshows.
Maintain CRM hygiene and report sales metrics to leadership regularly.
Act as a mentor to junior sales executives and interns in the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-10 years
of experience in B2B SaaS or ERP sales, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of
meeting and exceeding sales quotas

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
A relationship-first mindset with an ability to build long-term trust with clients.
Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing workflows.
Comfortable with consultative and solution-based selling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g. Tamil, Hindi) is a bonus.
