Job Summary

:

We are seeking for a Senior Sales Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining strong product knowledge in a high-value retail jewellery environment. This position requires confidence, expertise in jewellery, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

:

Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance. Handle high-value clients with personalized attention and care. Promote new collections, offers, and upsell or cross-sell products.

2. Product Knowledge

:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstone, and other jewellery items. Educate customers about product details, certifications (e.g., BIS Hallmark, IGI, GIA), pricing, and care instructions.

3. Customer Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business. Follow up with clients for feedback, anniversaries, festivals, or special promotions. Manage customer records and preferences using CRM tools.

4. Store Presentation & Stock Handling

:

Ensure proper display, tagging, and handling of jewellery items. Conduct daily stock checks and assist with inventory audits. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the display counters.

5. Billing & Documentation

:

Generate accurate bills and ensure all documentation is complete (KYC, warranties, certificates). Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries as per company policies.

Qualifications

:

Minimum HSC or Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
