Job Description

Total 7-9 years in Salesforce of which at least 7 years' experience in a implementation and development role in delivering Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet requirements Design, create, and maintain user roles, profiles, and hierarchies Oversee data feeds and system integrations with Salesforce Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features including page layouts, fields, tabs, and workflows Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's sales process to recommend effective Salesforce solutions Provide training and support to Salesforce users, including process improvement recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce supports business functionality and performance needs Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly Develop and maintain documentation on Salesforce policies, procedures, and system configurations Create prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements Review implemented solutions and recommend improvements Act as release manager, approving configurations and verifying code deployments between environments Describe and illustrate designs with clear justifications Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with Salesforce SMEs Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions Lead collaborative project planning and execution

Technology / Platforms & Skills:

Active participant in the Salesforce community Hands-on experience in

development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud

Strong experience working on

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities Cloud

(mandatory) Excellent understanding of

Salesforce Flows

Extensive experience in developing:

APEX classes, triggers, controllers, and apex sharing

Visual Flows, integrations, and Force.com API

Solid understanding of

Salesforce governor limits

Experience building and managing

APIs on Salesforce

, including API request limits and allocations Proficient in querying Salesforce database using

SOQL & SOSL

with tools like Force.com Explorer Expertise in

security and sharing rules

at object, field, and record levels for different user hierarchies Hands-on experience with

JavaScript frameworks, UI technologies (CSS), and SDLC processes
