JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience in Agro commodities trading and sales, particularly in products such as Peanuts, Groundnut, Sesame seeds, Quinoa, Chia, Soya Meal, Fruit Pulp, Animal Feed, Rapeseed meal, Sunflower meal, Cotton meal, and similar items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the Agro commodities sector, including Peanuts, Herbs, Animal Feed, and Spices. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue leads relevant to our product range Convert potential leads into successful business relationships Coordinate with the documentation department to ensure smooth shipment execution Conduct sales of B2B agro commodities, including quinoa, chia, dry fruits, and spices Follow the CRM process to manage customer relationships effectively Acquire in-depth knowledge about our products and market trends Ensure customer satisfaction and pursue repeat deals Collaborate with various departments within the organization Share expertise and provide training to fellow team members Requirements: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in selling organic products or related Agro commodities Master\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated situational leadership qualities Previous experience in operations is preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to plan effectively and adapt to changing circumstances Familiarity with ERP systems Proficient in English and MS Office suite Understanding of the sales process and the food manufacturing industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb914,337.57 - \xe2\x82\xb944,872.39 per month Day range:
