Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Web Development and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, client meetings, solution selling, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships and understanding agency workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify leads for web development, digital marketing, and related IT services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement analysis.
Propose tailored solutions and prepare quotations / proposals based on client needs.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with clients.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and update CRM regularly.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Required Skills
Proven experience in selling Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, or IT services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead-generation platforms.
Preferred
Experience working in a digital agency or IT services company.
Existing client network or ability to quickly build one.
Understanding of UI/UX, branding, social media services, and software development lifecycle.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
