Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Mentor and support junior sales team members, when required.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software .
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Industry-specific knowledge (Chemical).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing high-value accounts or enterprise clients.
