Generating sales: Working with existing customers to generate sales and developing new opportunities with new customers Setting and achieving targets: Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales and call volume targets Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Organizing site visits: Coordinating site visits for prospective customers Advising clients: Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters Preparing paperwork: Preparing the necessary paperwork to close a sale and ensuring all paperwork is properly filled out by the prospects Working with others: Working with loan officers, attorneys, and agencies to complete purchase Developing sales strategies: Developing sales strategies and sourcing of properties through field work

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
