We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Senior Sales Executive
to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential and commercial properties
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
Negotiate deals and ensure timely closures
Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
Coordinate with CRM, channel partners, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
Provide regular sales reports to the management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledge of residential & commercial real estate projects
Ability to handle high-net-worth clients and investors
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to work on weekends and during site visits
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in selling branded real estate projects
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
