About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Senior Sales Executive

to drive enrollments for

online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs

. This is a

target-based inside sales role

focused on cold calling, student counseling, and closing admissions through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective students (cold calling & follow-ups) Counsel students on online UG & PG programs and explain program benefits Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Close sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets Handle objections and ensure a high conversion rate Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups on CRM systems

Eligibility & Requirements



Graduation is mandatory Minimum

6 months of inside sales / telesales experience

required Excellent communication skills in

English

(Hindi is a plus) Proven ability to work in a

target-driven sales environment

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
