Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales activities for courier and logistics services in the Noida region Identify new business opportunities and generate corporate and SME leads Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth deliveries Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

Proven sales experience in

courier/logistics industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Good understanding of B2B sales and local market dynamics Ability to work independently and lead by example Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred) Target-driven, professional, and customer-oriented approach
