Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Handle inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about available properties.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate and close property sales deals effectively.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on performance.
Assist clients throughout the documentation and registration process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
