We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Sales Executive
to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, site visits, digital campaigns)
Conduct client meetings and property presentations
Understand customer needs and provide suitable property options
Assist clients in completing the sales process from enquiry to closure
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and property data
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales process
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or related field
Local real estate knowledge and client network
Real estate certification/license (if applicable)
