Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Mentor and support junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
