Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales strategy and execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and identify opportunities for expansion.

New business development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, which includes prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Sales analysis:

Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to inform and refine sales strategies.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts on future sales performance.

Team leadership:

Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced sales staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product).

Negotiation and contracts:

Negotiate contracts, prices, and other terms to secure profitable deals.
Qualifications and skills

Experience:

Proven sales experience, often with a background in management or team leadership.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Technical skills:

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is typically required.

Soft skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are crucial.

Other:

The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and travel as needed is often necessary.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
