4. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across existing and new accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on sales strategies.
Provide customer insights and market feedback to enhance product development.
Support onboarding and handover processes for newly acquired clients.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports on performance, sales metrics, and business progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual standards.
7. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
