Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with a proven track record in real estate sales. The role involves managing qualified leads, driving closures, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth documentation and payment follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams for project updates, customer support, and handovers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years in Real Estate Sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added Advantage).
Strong understanding of the real estate market and client requirements.
Ability to manage client relationships and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.
