Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and after-sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market insights to management.
Mentor and support junior sales staff as needed.
