Manage Key Accounts, Cultivate and Maintain solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Specific interaction with marketing, i.e. Sales Support materials, etc.
Identify and track all industry trends and issues, i.e. - natural and retail growth, opportunities, segment variations from the network, social media etc..
Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to the Management for Developing new business
Implement all tracking/reporting tools, in conjunction with Finance, Customer service, etc
Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
Other Day to day Sales activities like preparing price quotations, etc.
Sales Management:
To achieve the following core KPIs
Sales target volume
Increase brand presence as per management strategy
Requirement & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of sales experience in FMCG companies, HORECA Industry, or similar experiences
Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu and other dialects would be a bonus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
Computer skills - MS office
Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines
Creative problem solving
Strong negotiation and consultative B2B sales skills.
