Senior Sales Executive

who brings passion, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive sales by providing personalized customer service and expert product guidance. Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand standards. Guide and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance. Manage inventory handling, stock upkeep, and display presentation. Handle high-value client interactions with professionalism and discretion. Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and product knowledge to engage customers effectively. Support store operations, events, and promotional activities.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury jewellery retail. Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills. A passion for fine jewellery and customer delight. Team player with leadership qualities.
