Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and target markets through comprehensive market research.
Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Showcase Star Estate's products and services to prospective clients.
Achieve and surpass sales targets by actively closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
