high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
Assist customers in selecting exquisite jewellery tailored to their style, taste, and requirements.
Introduce new arrivals and promote existing collections to meet and exceed sales targets.
Communicate jewellery value, features, and craftsmanship with clarity and sophistication.
Drive high-ticket transactions and consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate long-term relationships with HNI clients including business families, senior executives, technocrats, celebrities, and NRIs.
Provide impeccable service throughout the customer journey, from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
Proactively resolve any concerns to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of elite clients through personalized service and engagement.
3. Store Operations
Uphold an elegant and luxury-aligned showroom atmosphere in line with brand standards.
Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and adherence to internal operational processes.
Support daily stock management, premium product arrangement, and inventory planning.
4. Product & Market Knowledge
Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury jewellery, gemstone innovations, and global design movements.
Offer expert guidance on jewellery customization, certifications, and long-term value.
Monitor competitor offerings and suggest improvements to maintain a market-leading position.
5. Promotions & Marketing
Represent the brand in exclusive exhibitions, private events, trunk shows, and elite client activations.
Share customer feedback and insights to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with store management and peers to drive store performance.
Mentor and guide Junior Sales Executives to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to planning by sharing insights on customer preferences and sales trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma
Experience:
Minimum 8 years in luxury jewellery retail, with expertise in high-end gemstone and heritage collections
Presentation:
Exceptionally well-groomed, confident, and polished appearance and demeanour
Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated success in closing high-value sales ( 20 lakh and above per transaction)
Customer Service:
Empathetic, relationship-driven, and committed to luxury service standards
Product Knowledge:
Deep understanding of diamonds, gemstones, metals, certifications, and fine jewellery craftsmanship
Working Hours
10 hours per day, based on the store's operational schedule
